Wai, I have a question about Vitamine E. I heard somewhere that you did not recommend putting it on your skin (face). I found some coconut oil but it has vitamine E too. I've been rubbing it on, leaving for a few minutes and washing off with Purpose (a very mild cleanser). It seems to give my skin a nice smooth texture. So what do you think about Vitamine E. Also, Aloe Vera, Rose water,or natural masks like oatmeal?

The reason why coconut and walnut oild are recommended is because the contain the lowest levels of vitamin E.
You should never use vitamin E on your skin because it accelerates shedding of the skin, which accelerates the aging process.the body may try to counteract that efect by producing more sebum, so that dehydration (which also causes shedding of the skin) can be optimally prevented, which however makes you more likely to get new pimples from munch foods...

So no vitamin E !!!

the same thing will happen if you treat your skin with any aggressive chemical that peels off the top layer of the skin. It makes the skin look younger while it speeds up the aging process.

I forgot what the ingredients of Aloe Vera are, but I think it contains some very active ingredients, which is not good. what you need are things that soothing, not activating. (but I may be wrong; can somebody tell what the active ingredients in aloe vera are?)
Rose water is perfect to cleanse your skin, I'm not sure about oatmeal since it contains some active ingredients too.
