06:30 PM		I have decided to start taking B5 after reading your posts.. The main problem is.. how do i ask for it? For example.. when i get into the pharmacie.. what do i ask her to give me? Just a simple "can i have B5" solve my problem? Or is B5 just an element.. and i have to ask for a company that sells it? Please help me.. and give me some names i can ask for! Thanks again!

You can go to the pharmacist and ask for 500 mg capsules vitamin B5.
But please first research the threads in this forum to find more info about it.

Then you can look up this thread to find addresses where its best to get the B5 from.

We like this board to remain free from any hostile behaviour towards others. It should be a board where people feel free to ask whatever question without being ridiculized.
