Wiseguy 08-15-2001 09:40 AM	A PHD suggested in this post that it is the calcium-B5 compound that causes the bloating etc. as a side effect. He wrote that you have calcium-B5 and sodium-B5 and that the first is twice as effective but that the calcium also causes bloating etc.
