Author	Topic: separating egg yolk from egg white
ongwb78 05-25-2003 05:51 AM	Hi all, I had difficulty in separating the last tiny bit of egg white sticking to the yolk. Is there any way to do it without breaking the yolk? So far, I try to separate them as much as possible. I wonder if the little bit of egg white that mix with the yolk will affect acne? Cuz I'm currently eating 10 eggs per day.
Wai 05-25-2003 11:11 AM	you must be forgetting to drain the yolk from the bag, because the egg white sticks to the outside of the egg yolk-bag (the 'bag'/'sack' that contains the egg yolk fluid). do not consume the 'bag' containing the yolk and the string attached to it; hold the whole yolk in your fingers, make a small cut, and drain the yolk... and no, a bit of egg white is no harm
