Hello. ... I recently read an article that claimed bruce lee made himself a daily blender drink in which he included Egg Shells because they have calcium(?).. i was wondering if anyone knew if this makes any sense at all or if it is harmfull (which seems to me it would be)...

shells are way too rough to digest for our colon; they may damage it
Regarding the calcium; no matter what diet, you will always ingest enough calcium. your body simply adjusts the absorption rate to the availability of calcium in your diet; regardless whether you consume only 300 mg or 1,000 mg daily, you will absorb about 200 mg, which is all you need.
