| AussieShep 02-27-2003 10:06 PM | It is alright to have some lemon or lime juice on your fish right? How many ounces of fish should be eaten a day? I eat 3 ounce and may also have 1 or 2 eggs and nuts in a day. |

Regarding the sample diet, you should start with maximally 3.5 oz fish OR egg yolks a day. Once your skin is clear, you can start experimenting with increasing that dosage. RRM |

The acids cook the salmon to some extent. I guess soy sauce would not be permissible under the initial strict 2 week diet phase but would the other 2 ingredients be ok? |

| Sanna 05-18-2003 09:10 AM | that's okay as long as you keep the fish in the fridge all the time... |
