Giedre 01-30-2003 03:01 PM	Wai, as far as I understood you discourage to wash the eggs before consuming egg yolk. Is it really so and why then?
Wai 01-31-2003 11:05 AM	Right before consumption is no problem, but washing them earlier, may be a problem because the washing maskes the shell easier to penetrate by bacteria
