AussieShep 10-29-2002 12:59 PM	How long can eggs be stored at room temperature before it is unsafe to eat? I might not have access to a refridgerator at a hotel for some days!
Wai 10-29-2002 02:12 PM	That is impossible to tell, because it depends on how fresh the egg is, how much bateria it naturally contains, and on the temperature. But... the egg will always tell... you just need to check it for freshness: here are the guidelines, and then you will know.
