sunny 10-18-2002 11:46 AM	Hello! How many pieces is 50 grams of fresh raw fish? I don't have a weighing scale and I think I had a little bit too much 'cuz I have a new pimple. I have been following the diet strictly and included the raw fish only recently. Thank you! moi, sunny

Many people find it very hard not to eat too much, because it tastes so good and satisfying, and 50 grams is very little; just almost 2 ounces. Luckily most people can eat more, but in others eating more can cause acne too... I don't know how big the pieces are in the US / Canada. But, you can check out any supermarket for fish; check out the packaged fish and how much they weight; then you can see about how much 2 ounces is. But, this 2 ounces is certainly not a definite number; it may very well be that your limit is 3, 4 or 5 ounces. It is just that 2 ounces is an absolute safe level; a minimum level. You should definitely try to find out how much your skin can cope with... Can anybody from the US tell us how many 'pieces' sashimi is 50 gram in the US?
