Hello, I was wondering what the least amout of raw tuna per day I have 2 eat is (if I choose this as my clean protein). I know that as a female, I should maximally be having 50 grams, but how about minimally? I started off buying 1.7 oz (50 gms), and then went down to 1 oz. And I could keep going down.... I personally don't like it and can't wait 4 my sashimi meal 2 b over.

If you are not consuming Brazil nuts, the 50 gram tuna is the minimum amount...
If you do eat Brazil nuts, you only need to eat (that amount of) animal food once in every 2 to 3 days.

and how much is the max? (can i take as much as i like without it affecting cllulite?)

Rule Nr. 1 of the sample-diet says:

1) As a woman you should consume 2 egg yolks OR maximally 50 gram fresh raw fish a day.

If you are a tall man you should maximally consume 100 gram (3.5oz.) fresh raw fish OR 5 egg yolks a day. If you are a relatively short man, 60 gram (or 3 egg yolks) is the right amount.

This because redundant protein can easily increase the blood-protein level, since blood protein level can fluctuate very much; from 100% (alanine) up to 900% (cystine). A too high blood protein level can elevate the protein level in the true skin, making the skin temporarily retain more water, pinching off sebum canals.

Are there any other disadvantages of consuming too much fish/yolks?

Im an average tall man.
I eat 4 yolks and 80g tuna a day since a week.
The tuna just because i like it very much and the yolks because i think i need the cholesterol (i was a little depressive before).
So far i didnt have any new pimples.

The acne sample diet rules are for acne specifically, though they are helpful for overweight and cellulite too.
But, in general, when acne is not an issue, women can easily eat up to 5 fresh raw egg yolks a day

In theory, consuming very much protein increases the burdening of nitrogen on your body (maybe that is why herbivores, and not carnivores live longest);
Protein, unlike carbs and fats, always contains nitrogen. Is the cholesterol effective for you?
You are lucky that you can eat that much raw animal food without it affecting your acne; some of us cannot, while others can...

How is your energy problem currently? (lack of energy since childhood)

Before the diet, how many pimples did you usually have a week?

When acne is not an issue, you can eat 5 egg yolks OR 100 gram (3.5 oz) fresh raw fish.

Especially women benefit from the egg yolks, because of the high level of good cholesterol. (we lose lots of cholesterol once a month)
Have you tried adding the yolks to a glass of OJ or a fruitshake? It makes the shake taste creamy. YUM! [Cool]

The skin of fresh raw fish doesn't taste well at all; yuk! (cooking eliminates the bitterness)

When i increased the amount of daily yolks to 3 instead of 2, this had an unbelievable effect.
Everytime i woke up in the last 15 years i felt tired in a strange way, for the whole day, until late evening.
I tried many things, but nothing helped.
The morning after the 3 yolks, this feeling was completely gone, and instead of it i felt warm and peacefull and happy.
This happened 1 week ago.

The bigger part of my energy-problem is solved.
I am still very confused about how much food seems to affect me.
3 days ago i cheated and when i was eating cooked food, i really thought that i can feel how it affects the way i feel. I thought i can sense how it befuddles me.

Either i am just imagining all this or i am somehow very sensitive to those chemicals.

Ones we start listen to our bodys it becomes very obvious. I guess most people are good at denial and are to busy with their stressful lifes.

Did you eat the yolks at night?
Only yolks or mix with anything else?

Yes i had the yolks in the evening and felt asleep right after them.
I add the yolks to a glass of OJ.

Today i have 4 yolks every morning.
But not for a special reason, just because i make the OJ every morning and so i dont have to clean the kitchen twice.
