Ms Wai,
Do you have any suggestions on what to do in these two weeks while I am waiting to start your diet, so this acne doesnt increase? What are your views on Tuckahoe Jelly, and Honeysuckle FLower Tea? Can I take vitamins while waiting to start, like vitamin E and acidodulphus? Thanks for your help. [Confused]

Yes. To minimize the cause of new acne, you better already apply the diet to the extend that it is possible; you should only not eat fresh raw animal food yet;

Since you have been on antibiotics, your defense system needs some time to recover before it should be exposed to fresh raw foods. Fresh raw foods contain bacteria that your body can perfectly cope with, unless your defense has been weakened due to antibiotics.
After a week or to, you can gradually start eating fresh raw egg yolks or -fish; you then need to start with eating just a tiny little bit, and increase that portion every 3 days. That way, you will train your defense system to be able to deal with the bacteria, until your defense is strong enough to be even able to cope eating something bad in the wrong restaurant by accident.

So, in the meantime, you should not eat fresh raw animal food yet, but you can safely eat fruits, the salad and raw nuts. So, you better stop eating normal foods, and all replace them by fruits, raw fruit-juices, salad and raw nuts.
However, before you go on the diet, you should, instead of eating the fresh raw fish or egg yolk, still eat some cooked animal food. Not much, because that easily causes acne, but just enough to satisfy your need for B12, vitamin d and good cholesterol (fish and yolks contain these too).
50 gram animal food daily is enough.
You also need to eat raw Brazil nuts, because of their protein quality.

What's Tuckahoe Jelly?
No tea helps you to fight acne, and they can even cause acne.

Mrs. Wai,
While I am waiting to fully start your the sample diet(anitbiotics=2 week wait) I have been eating lots of fruit. However I have not gotten those brazil nuts yet. Is this bad, to not eat nuts right after the fruit? (by the way the nuts that I ordered have the shell still on them)
Also you said it is okay to have some normal food correct? (while waiting to start eating the egg yolk/sashami) [Confused]

p.s.-- Mrs. Wai, I looked at your bio and if that picture is really you, you is FINE. [Wink]

You are not on the diet yet, you just try to decrease the intake of acne causing foods as much as possible, until you are ready to replace them by fresh raw animal food. (..small intro...)

No, you don't specifically need Brazil nuts after fruit, but fat, (Brazil nuts are 67% fat) and Brazil nuts are easy to eat. But you can also take any other raw fat, like extra virgin olive oil (or even butter, since you are not fully on the diet yet)
If you, instead of eating whole fruits, consume juices, then you can easily add oil (and sugar) to the juices.

Well, because you cannot eat fresh raw animal food yet, you need some other animal food instead. But, unfortunately, this cooked food can easily cause acne of course... So, it is not that it is "okay", but you wanted to get started, and this is a way to 'ease yourself into the diet'. At least you are already getting used to eating much fruits, and it may also decrease your acne a bit.

Miss Wai,
I just about ready to start your sample diet. However I already have been on a preliminary diet,(due to the antibiotics), of mainly what you recommended. Everything except the egg yolk/ sashimi, but I am starting to work that into my diet slowly but surely. This change in my diet has shown me pretty good results regarding my face already. Not really any new pimples or zits. Its just those annoying red marks that be getting on my nerves. I will start officially this coming Sunday so just to make sure on some key points:
I should be eating at least 4lbs of fruit per day.
Drink only high mineral bottled water.(poland springs)
Salad is okay too. (what about spinach?)
Always balance the fruit with the nuts.
ANd no excersice approx. 2 hours after egg yolk.
RIght?

Dear Wai

I have recently started your diet ( this is my second day ) . Im feeling quite good, i definently feel quite light, my energy levels are fine. I have just one concern....i have been taking minocyclin for my skin, it has stopped my skin from flaring up, but i dont want to rely on a drug, and i also know that as soon as i go off it my skin will just "break out". Im trying to wean myself off it...but my skin seems to flair up and i get quite down. I know one of the rules is to be off all antibiotics, but im finding it so hard. Any magic suggestions? Thanks for your time.

I'm sorry, but antibiotics weaken your defense. And a weakened defense may not be able to deal with natural bacteria present in raw animal food, which may make you ill, and we don't want that. So, you really need to go off the mino first.
