If one is unable to find eggs from chickens who have been fed whole grains (or whatever it is that they naturally eat), is it better to not have any raw egg yolks at all?

I'm asking because I have been unable to find organic eggs here in Sweden.

Unfortunately, I've been having the same problem with fish. For instance, the only salmon availiable here comes from Norweigan "farms". I know they feed them all sorts of strange things (maybe even growth hormones?).

Then it is much better to eat the egg yolks or fish anyway, because you need the animal food badly, because of the good cholesterol (to be able to maintain the diet), the B12 and the vitamin D.
It is always better to eat the non-organic raw egg yolks than cooked animal food, because the latter always contains heterocyclic amines, oxysterols and bad fats, while it's hardly ever organic.
