Hi Wai,

I've bought both organic and natural eggs and was just wondering if there was really a big difference. They both come from the same farm / company (Burnbrae), have the same nutritional information except that the percentage of Vitamin B12 in the NATURAL eggs are 75% and 25% in the organic ones. Both contain no hormones or antibiotics in the feed, but the organic ones specify to not contain preservatives or medication as well. NATURAL ones also state "our enhanced eggs have 7 times more Vitamin E, 2 times more Folic Acid, and 3 times more B12 than a regular egg (Vitamin enhanced vegetarian feed).

Personally, I don't see a big difference except for the price. The organic eggs' price is DOUBLE the one of natural eggs. They also state that the eggs are from free run hens but if it's from the same farm, I would think that the natural ones could also be from free run hens too. Are these organic eggs really worth paying double for?

Thanks
Wai

Consuming fresh raw animal food regularly, vitamin B12 is not an issue. And consuming oil or nuts regularly too, vitamin E is not an issue either.
On this diet, folic acid is never an issue.
that the 'natural ones' don't contain medication residues, maybe beneficial.

Every little improvement MAY be worth paying for, depending on your financial situation. There is no rule for that; it's all your personal choice.
