the Daikon radish that is shredded raw and always served with sashimi in japanese restaurants. I heard that it is excellent for digestion. And what about wasabi?? we should have this with sashimi, yes?

The Daikon radish (a white root vegetable) is okay. Beware that often this radish has been cooked; make sure it is raw.
Unfortunately, the wasabi (a green ground root) is too spicy; it has water attracting properties.

Wai, sometimes i eat uncooked hot peppers...do they have water attracting properties? and...iv'e been off antibiotics (not for acne) for about 3 or 4 days now but took a few capsules of a supplement called spectrabiotic- the good bacteria,blue-green algae, jerusalem artichoke root. i know that you don't favor products like these but i wondered if just taking it a few times would be ok so i can get back to the egg yolks... i had a few bad days of too many munch foods and am trying to get back on track. thanks

Yes, and so they can cause acne.

They cannot help you to be allowed to eat the raw egg yolks sooner. You really need to wait 2 weeks… [Frown]

I have been eating a lot of ginger since I started the diet because that is the dressing used in sushi places. Is this okay?

Ginger is a little spicy I know but not much. I really like ginger dressing and I would like to use it at home as well instead of just oil and vinegar if this is acceptable for the diet.

im sorry but ginger can cause acne as well, so you need to save that for the experiments after the sample diet
oil and vinegar are okay during the sample diet

The seaweed is excluded from the 100% srtict sample diet.
Seaweeds are dried involving heat. That way also some of the vitamin B12 is damaged, and harmful analogs have formed: link
