How likely is fresh fish from a hatchery to cause acne?
Last night I've had some fresh raw salmon from a hatchery.

Regarding acne, it doesn't matter whether the fish is from a hatchery, or not.

I thought I read in your acne book that you say fish from hatchery have dirty protein from the food they are fed and/or injections?

'Dirty' fat, not 'dirty' protein. Trans fatty acids accumulate in the fish as they do in humans. (the adipose fat of Americans averagely consist of 5% unnatural, trans fatty acids)

SO dirty fat is ok to consume here? So fish that come from hatcheries won't cause acne then??

No, unless consumed in too great quantities, if your skin is suceptible to that, but then that goes for all raw animal food.
After a while (once your skin is clear) you can start increasing the intake of fresh raw animal food, to find out how much your skin can cope with without getting acne again.
