11:37 PM		i'm curious, when u say sushi without rice, do you mean the seaweed that wraps the rice and the filling in sushi rolls? because i thought that if i can eat sushi pieces(without rice or filling) with my salad, that would be great because i absolutely adore sushi rolls. please do advice me on this. and thank you for your generosity with the diet. i am only on day 3 of it, so it is probably still too early to report to you on the results.

That is a bit unclear indeed. I mean the raw fish only (sashimi); so no rice, no seaweed; just the fish.

Yes, though in some the acne immediately subsides, and you may notice that your skin gets softer and smoother.
