| banned 05-11-2003 05:19 PM | I can settle for a little acne like the occasional zit or something so could I trade off complete cleaness for getting my protein from other places then raw eggs and fish? They are pretty gross and I'd rather eat soemthing else. Can I eat just nuts instead of egg yolks and raw fish? I want to try this diet because it sounds sooooo good. |
| jay_1 05-12-2003 09:33 PM | How bad is your acne now? If you want to clear your skin completely, you wont be able to eat any cooked meat until you have completed the sample diet. Only then are you able to test food to see if your skin reacts. |
| RRM 05-15-2003 03:33 PM | Really, ANYBODY can eat raw egg yolks, if only you add them to a fruitshake. That way you woun't even notice that they are in there, except for that they make the shake taste a bit creamy and vanilla like. Consuming egg yolks or fish is very effective; you can add lots of yolks to a shake. But / and you can buy supplementary amino acids: link RRM |
