Which foods are helpful to get weight and to build muscles?

High caloric, easy to digest foods are helpful, and sufficient raw protein. So, especially pressed juices, or juices from the juice extractor, with sugar and oil added, are very effective.
And, of course, consuming enough fresh raw salmon for example.

More importantly, you need to make constantly sure to ingest enough energy; every second that your blood energy level decreases, your body is converting muscle protein into available energy...
consuming juices, it is very easy to zip from it on a very regular basis.
