hi ive been following the diet and things appear to be going fine but i was already quite lean before i started this diet and have found after a while on this diet that i have become mega lean i know this diet is about energy management and with the juice and oil shake its a means 2 keep up weight but my weight is fine my bodyfat is really low and i get cold quicker so i was wondering if olive oil consumption would increase my fat volume considering some nights i take some and appear more ripped in the morning as if ive lost more fat and how much would b appropriate 2 consume daily without messing around with my heart and i was wondering if u know of any health effects that can come with low bodyfat perhaps nerve twitching or cell complications? after all bruce lee did die when he became mega ripped [Frown] thanks lots anyways and good luck everybody with their sucess [Smile]

You get cold quicker not because of your lower fat percentage; I even think it is not lower, but that you are now more ripped becuse your skin no longer retains too much water.
Have you ever measured your fat percentage?
Can you do it now?

When you get cold quicker, this means that your warmth management isn't optimal. Warmth management is totally dependent on energy management; the energy is used to turn up the heat.
So, in order to be able to optimally control your body temperature and your muscle volume, again, you have to optimize your energy manaagement, which means consuming energy much more often.
Also, this energy needs to consist of both sugars and fats all the time, and the foods need to be easy to digest and high-caloric. (juices, oil, sugar, animal food)

Consuming purely good fats can NEVER affect the health of your heart. Your heart actually utilizes mainly fatty acids for energy.
Yes, consuming BAD fats affects your heart's health (because it then utilizes bad fats for energy, and because bad fats precipitate in the arteries, which requires the heart to work harder 24-7, which accelerates the aging of the heart)

REALLY, you can consume as much extra virgin olive oil as you want, since containing good fats only. It will never affect your heart's health negatively.

They don't come with low body fat, but with poor energy management. The nerve twitching etc. are a SYMPTOM of poor energy management, just as decreasing muscle volume is.
If you take in sufficient energy, your body fat percentage can never be too low, because the body then simply converts energy into body fat if the fat percentage decreases too much. You don't need to consume more fat for that. Though consuming more fat is absolutely a great idea.

No, Bruce Lee died due to his excessive use of cocaine, and repeatedly used body tissue for energy, because cocaine makes you unaware of your physical needs.
Also, the cocaine on the market is NEVER 100% pure, and thus always contains toxic substances.

and r u sure bruce lee did cocane i thought it was marijuana or hashish and what did u exactly mean that he repeatedly used body tissue for energy? so r u saying he died from an o.d .
even if he did dont u think his extremely low body fat had an affect on his death because he wasnt ripped for that long until he died also who else in the sports or showbiz industry maintains that kinda body fat percentages maybe bodybuiders but thats only when they peak and ive heard stories about how it ruins their health if they do it to much or maintain it after competition

Again, the low body fat % is a SYMPTOM, not a cause.
You need to consume sufficient energy all the time to prevent the breakdown of body tissue for energy. If you repeatedly 'eat yourself', this eventually has detrimental effects, yes.
So, simply make sure to consume sufficient energy constantly. every second that your blood sugar or blood fat level is decreased, you will convert muscle tissue into available energy.

ive been on this ''diet'' for several weeks now but basically i just cut out all foods that probably were messing with my skin like meats ,breads , grains ,vegtables ,cheeses,milk products ,condiments ,confections anything salty or spicy anything cooked so basically in the house i live in i never eat cause i cant afford 2 the only things that i can eat that r in this diet is maybe some fruits,water, juice.olive oil and eggs but i hardly have then cause im not sure of them. so anyways i was always lean im a 5 foot 10 male almost 19 and im really ripped and this diet isnt helping me i feel like im too healthy 2 the point of something fatal happenin and even thou im strong for my age ive got this girly figure that shows all my muscles and theres no way i can go back 2 eating acne causeing foods trust me its not happening if i even eat like a normal person my systeme shuts down i get acne and bloated ,but on this diet my skin fits tight like a bodysuit my face is even ripped and seeing my abs in the mirror while my ribs r showing makes me look stronger but somehow i knoe im pushing borderline bodyfat so what i want 2 ask u is what can i do not 2 lose any more fat would consuming olive oil every 3 or 4 hours help ure proly gonna tell me 2 do juiceing but at the moment thats not possible so would the olive oil thing do the trick if not im gonna have 2 figure out how 2 get rid of acne throught hormones which i dont think is that hard and is permanent and requires no diet 2 religiously follow but in the mean time what can i do about the lowbodyfat also can this diet make u ultrasensitive 2 ure body thanks alot ps im runnin outta time here

Yes, consuming olive oil with EVERY MEAL, would help a lot!

It is good though, because now you have to listen to your body.

You need to train with weights, bottom line. Your body is becoming pure, and getting rid of the fat.

You don't need to increase your fat volume. You need to increase your muscle volume. Also, you need to supply your body with enough calories to promote muscle growth.
