I am a vegetarian and have acne. I want to try this diet. But I dont eat fish or meat or eggs.. so what should my daily diet be? Just fruits, nuts and salad with Olive oil? How much of each to remain healthy? I do not want to lose weight! On the contrary, I am underweight and would like to gain some healthy pounds.. Please advise..

First, we need to know what exactly it is that you want.
You say that you want to gain 'some healthy pounds'. Do you mean bodyfat (since you are underweight), or do you mean muscles?
Who says that you are underweight? Your doctor?
Based on what, statistics? Or are you underweight because you have been sick for a long time?
I'm asking, because your current weight may be your natural setpoint weight, even though that you are underweight according to the statistics.
Statistics, however, are not individualized. Bone-density, the size of your organs, the length of your arms and legs relative to the rest of your body; all this co-determines your natural weight, and may cause your natural weight to be lower than that what it should be according to statistics (because these stats are not based on the above mentioned)

So, are you really underweight, due to sickness or undereating?
And, what do you want to gain; muscles or fat.
If you are on your current natural setpoint weight, you wount be able to gain extra fat and have that equally ditributed all over your body.
If you are not underweight, that extra fat will be deposited in specific fat depots: on your thighs, around the waist (lovehandles) or in belly for example.

If you want to gain muscles, however, you can determine precisely where you want them. You can sculpture your body; you can reshape it.
