Somewhere on this webpage, edible Boletus mushrooms are suggested as a good food to eat to fight against depression. It does note however that eating mushrooms raw can cause digestion problems.

What is a good way to eat boletus mushrooms? If you heat it, won't it create those awful damaged molecules found in any other cooked food?

Yes, but that is individually very different, and may therefore be subject to experimentation...
