| rawbebe 01-24-2003 04:04 AM | Does anyone have any recommendations for variations on the basic salad? I tire a little of eating the same salad for weeks... I have tried substituting fresh basil for the chives, but don't like them in combination with the cucumbers. I tried a little raw garlic, and think this tastes bad, too. |

My girlfriend used to make this all the time, even though she hadn't even heard of the diet. I only realized I could eat it after becoming rather bored of the LTC. Cheers, Ian |

| Sanna 05-18-2003 09:06 AM | most ppl I know do. If you're sick of eating salad, just add the oil to your juices...or over a salad of sweet fruits I think avocado should be eaten alone (or with tomato&cucumber) cos it doesn't combine with sweet fruits. |
