Does anyone know,

Do we need to wash our hair with all these expensive shampoo's and conditioners or is this damaging?
Are hair care products the same as anti-acne products, and everything you read on the bottle is lies?
I have short fine hair with almost no texture, it doesnt even get geasy if i never washed it. i just want it to look textured like normal people! If i drink olive oil will this help?
as i remember wai mentioning that somewhere.

i apply gels and creams to add texture, but they never really look that great, and my hair falls apart easily. what are all those chemicals in the ingredients to gels, something tells me there a load of 'cr*p' and when coming into contact with my skin causing a little acne.

I would be grateful for any reply, oppinions and advice.thankyou thankyou thankyou

I never wash my hair unless it gets really dirty (like today when a bird decided to poop right in the middle of my head) my hair is never greasy...I think itīs the same thing as with anti acne products, the more you wash, the more harsh the ingredients, the more your hair will be greasy and thus more products are needed to keep it clean. I think.
I am a girl, and I have long, thick, naturally curly hair so it gets tangled easily and I have to comb it often...I soak it in hair conditioner and use an afro comb and then comb through (gently). I always rinse with cold water, it leaves the hair shinier.
I let my hair dry naturally, no towels or dryers.
I used to buy all these expensive hair products (from a salon) but they actually made my hair dry and lifeless (not that hair is alive anyway but you know what I mean)
I also used to bleach my hair once or even twice a month...until Wai told me I will lose all my hair eventually if I keep doing that. And my natural color is way better anyway.
Before this diet I didn't consume any oil, nuts or other fatty foods so my hair lacked shine and it wasn't as thick as it is now.
As I started consuming tons of fat every day my hair (and skin) texture improved soo much, I got big good looking hair now.
Avocados, nuts, olive oil etc are really good for hair.
Stress is a major factor, too...some people lose their hair (or get bald patches at least) due to a stressful lifestyle (depression, busy job, relationship problems) so avoid stress.
And no drugs of course (prescription nor recreational).
