jhontry 04-27-2003 04:57 PM	Hi Wai and everybody, i was wondering if is ok to take the egg yolks right when i go to sleep without brushing my teeth? how many times a day should i brush my teeth? ty ! john
Wai 05-02-2003 11:58 AM	if you dont brush your teeth after having consumed animal food, your mouth tastes VERY bad in the morning animal food also creates tooth plaque; another reason to brush your teeth i dont know whats best, but i brush my teeth twice a day (before and after sleep)
