Has anyone taken a Food Allergy Test? I'm taking one in a couple of weeks. I'm still researching it to see if it's worth my time and money. One site I've been to regarding this information can be foundhere.

Hello Wai, I appreciate you and RRR answering our many questions. I have another one to bug you with if you don't mind.

My body doesn't show any major reactions to the food I eat. I took the test to check the sensativity to the food I consume. I finally got the food allergy test results back; they can be viewed here. When I first viewed it, I was very suprised to see so much yellow and orange boxes, low level [1] and mild level [2] responses respectively. Thinking back, I remember feeling a little puffy when eating lots of strawberies, which as you can see is a level [2], or any 2's for that matter. I'm not sure if this has any correlation with acne.

Yes, allergies can certainly trigger acne, though generally aren't the cause of acne.
An allergy can trigger acne if it is so severe that it's response is skin-tightening (pinching off sebum canals)
