| SB 04-04-2003 03:11 PM | Hi Wai, What about the bird-plague that we now have in the Netherlands...is it safe to continue eating raw egg yolks? ![]() |
| Wai 04-11-2003 10:03 AM | consuming eggs from plague-infected hens does not pose any problems to your health here's a link, in Dutch, about this: http://www.minlnv.nl/infomart/dossiers/vogelpest/infidv03.htm |
| SB 04-24-2003 12:22 AM | well, I tried many different kind of eggs, but they all taste and smell weird, so I have decided to skip the egg yolks untill this bird-plague thing has blown over. Will I be okay if I consume 100 grams of fish 3 times a week?(or I can spread it over more days and eat 50 grams 6 days a week.) I cannot get brazil nuts (the shipping to Europe is too expensive). But I was thinking I could start eating a small amount of pre shelled brasil nuts as a munch food item...What is your advice? |
| Wai 04-25-2003 10:12 AM | hmmm, a veterenarian has died from being exposed to the virus all the time; maybe i should reconsider about the gg yolks...quote:yes! quote:i certainly would advice against eating a small amount of pre shelled Brazil nuts consuming the fish is perfect |
| SB 04-25-2003 11:34 AM | okay, i will just eat the fish. My only concern is protein.quote: |
