Hi Wai,
What about the bird-plague that we now have in the Netherlands...is it safe to continue eating raw egg yolks? [Confused]

consuming eggs from plague-infected hens does not pose any problems to your health
here's a link, in Dutch, about this:

well, I tried many different kind of eggs, but they all taste and smell weird, so I have decided to skip the egg yolks untill this bird-plague thing has blown over. Will I be okay if I consume 100 grams of fish 3 times a week?(or I can spread it over more days and eat 50 grams 6 days a week.) I cannot get brazil nuts (the shipping to Europe is too expensive). But I was thinking I could start eating a small amount of pre shelled brasil nuts as a munch food item...What is your advice?
