Has anyone found that their intelligence has increased since being on this diet? What about social skills? Emotions? Just curious.

I think the diet has improved all of those in me. But that is highly subjective. What is your experience?

I've been on the diet for 1 1/2 weeks, and I've noticed an improvement in my general well-being. I have more energy, am less depressed and anxious, and am a little more sociable. I've reduced my dosage of anti-depressant from 40 mg. to 30.

What the significance of all that is, it's much too early to say. I hope it's mainly the effects of the diet.

What I find most striking, besides the elimination of my acne of course, are the differences regarding energy levels and the ability to focus.
I used to be subject to strong differences in energy levels, but now I am extremely energetic all the time, as long as I properly manage my energy intake.
Also, my ability to focus, to absorb information used to be limited to about four to five hours, but now I can study for as many consequetive hours as I wish; I can always focus. I can go on absorbing information, keep on studying for over twelve hours in a row, and I really love it!
