No.
You can tell what diet is natural for a certain animal, by looking at its digestive system.
All animals from the same specie, with the same digestive system, are fit to eat the same foods, regardless of their blood type.
All humans have exactly the same digestive system; meant for the combination of animal food, fruits and nuts.
Regardless of what your blood type is, your digestive system is exactly the same.
enjoy the avocadoes and Brazil nuts!!!

Hey Wai,
I was wondering if you are familiar with the body type and blood type literature/research. I just saw something on the net the other day, I wonder if its bullsh-- or not. Seems like it makes sense-that ones blood type or general body shape(skiny with no definition, athletic with definition, larger boned and prone to have body fat)if these factors significantly affect ones digestion of certain types of food etc, bla bla.Have you come across this? opinion?

To recommend Orange Juice for everyone is not the best idea. Oranges are quite toxic to people with Type O Blood, which is about 60% of North Americans. You might not notice any ill effects of drinking the juice, but you certainly won't be on top of your game. Peter D'Adamo has proven this through various testing methods, and others have proved it through muscle testing.

Avocados, same thing. Very toxic to most people with Type O blood (with a few exceptions--about 10% of Type O can thrive off them).

To make this diet work for you, I recommend highly to learn what foods are beneficial and what foods are toxic to your blood type. This research will add many healthful years to your life.

based on WHAT findings exactly???

My boyfriend has type O, and he drinks about 4.5 liters of freshly squeezed OJ every day since about 7 years, and certainly is 'on top of his game'... [Big Grin]

Yes, I am type O as well and consume two to three avocados a day as well as a liter or two of orange juice.

In fact, eating several avocados a day is practically the only thing that keeps me on this diet.
