Giedre 02-07-2003 06:21 PM	Wai, do you know anything about Don Lemmon and his nutrition book "Know How"? There's some information at www.donlemmon.com . Some of his statements sound very reasonable. If you've heard anything about this, could you please give some comments? Thanks

Giedre 02-14-2003 01:12 PM	Well, some of the things I have already checked up in your book and that is more or less clear. The problem is that the most of Don Lemmon's information can not be read whithout buying his book what I'm not willing to do because of a delivery inconvenience. Anyway, thank you for being there if any questions emerge
