| engesongwok 01-29-2003 05:18 PM | I have been curious to know if there is any possibility of some amount of growth, or body changes in adults. (Over the age of 22) Can this occur with the improvement of diet, adaquate rest, and exposure to fresh air and sunlight? I have been following the diet for a month, and I have much more facial hair, and my jaw seems more prounced, maybe it just has greater freedom of movement. I am more flexible, and walking and running is much easier. A friend of mine claims to be taller than he was. He doesn't attribute this as 'growth', but recovering height he lost as he got older. (47 years old)He isn't doing this diet, but a mostly raw vegan diet plus yoga. Any reports or experiences for anyone else? |

You are not fully grown until the age of about 23 to 27. quote:yes, optimum body development is subject to all those factors quote:Yes, more people have experienced this... quote:yes, that is because your skin retains les water... quote:that is because less toxins and excessive minerals are present in your joints. The precipitation of such substances on your ligaments and in your joints is luckily a reversible process. quote:yes, that is possible too. If your muscles are all cramped up, maybe partly due to pains or stress, you will be a little less tall. Yoga and diet are important factors in this. |
