| Wai 04-03-2003 01:43 PM | regular 'cholesterol diets' focus on HDL versus LDL instead of that what it is about (natural versus damaged cholesterol) if they would follow my diet, their cholesterol level would absolutely improve the cholesterol medications are so powerful that they do influence the HDL/LDL ratio but, the problem is that they also force down the level of good cholesterol, and don't eliminate bad cholesterol, so that it does not make them healthier also check out this thread: link |

My favorite being bittersweet chocolate. THAT was what made me feel hyper! This diet truly is amazing. I have become very aware of what my body is saying to me.
