So, that is impossible to tell. Luckily, it is very easy to tell whether your blood sugar level is going down; you will feel less active, less energetic, and when it strongly decreases, you will even feel depressed, fatigued, and/or sleepy. So, you just need to learn to recognize the signals. At first, you may only recognize them when they are severe (sleepy, depressed), but after a while, you can easily tell whether your blood sugar level goes down a bit. quote:The good thing about sleep is that you need far less glucose (and relatively more fat) AND that the body converts body fat into available fat (from adipose fatty acids) and glucose (from adipose glycerol). So, if your blood sugar level was okay when you went to sleep, it will be okay the rest of the night. (unless you are awake) |
