I was just wondering, how do you explain the fact that many teenagers/women eat meat, wheat & dairy products etc. and yet do not have an ounce of acne or cellulite??? [Confused]
And how come young children never have cellulite or acne in their skin?

Babies can have cellulite, and children can even have cellulite on their back...
But, yes, it is rare in children (though less and less rare with time!)
The reason: water retention is not only caused by water-atracting substances ingested from your diet, but also by hormones. These 2 combined make you retain much more water than one of them alone.
And, our sex-hormone levels strongly increase after puberty.
Also, these hormones cannot only make you retain water, progesterone also stimulates the secretion of sebum, increasing acne risk.

Luckily, eliminating one of the 2 causes of water retention, will already make a big difference.

Children do have cellulite nowadays...
But, no acne indeed, because in acne (unlike in cellulite) not only water retention is required, but also a high sebum production, which is hormonally determined only. So, one can only get acne when one's sex-hormone production is mature (in combination with water retention).

And what about grown women or teenagers who do not have cellulite even though they do eat meat / dairy / etc. - they have plenty of hormone activity going on...so how come the dirty protein does not affect everyone? [Confused]

About 90% of women have cellulite...

How much water is retained, depends not only on the amount of salt and protein that you consume, and on the sex-hormones, but also on other hormones, such as vasopressin (antidiuretic hormone) and oxytocin.
Depending on the levels of all these hormones, and on the susceptibility of their receptors (the potential of the hormones), in combination with the food that you eat, it is determined how much water you retain.
Diet is one factor, but your hormones play an important role as well, and thus you may not retain too much water while eating junk food only... thanks to high or low levels of specific hormones, or low / high susceptibility of their receptors...

I suspect that the hormones produced by the adrenals also are involved. The adrenals produce different hormones, which signal the kidneys to regulate the water and different
minerals in the body.

When you've used immunosupressors like prednison, your adrenals might get hurt. Also prolonged stress damages the adrenals.

From: NewTreatments.org
How does adrenal insufficiency cause low blood pressure, hyperkalemia and sodium deficiency ?
The adrenals produce cortisol, but also aldosterone, which regulates blood pressure, sodium and potassium balance.. Low levels of aldosterone will cause the hyperkalemia, the sodium deficiency and the low blood pressure..

This is just to show that the adrenals are very important in regulating water retention. The adrenals can also be overactive in some cases.

I really think there is something wrong when a man gets acne if he eats more than 100 grams of protein, even if that protein is high quality raw protein. In ancient times, when a man would kill an animal, he would eat as much as he could, at least much more than 100g and I don't think he would develop acne immediately.

According to some figures almost nobody in the Western world has healthy adrenals and very often other glands are also affected. I think the stressed life and also the very bad Western diet cause this.

In my case, I know my adrenals aren't functioning well, because my mineral levels are messed up in such a way that it can virtually only be caused by the adrenals producing insufficient hormones.. Alas, I've also been on prednison for extended times, so I think that triggered the adrenal-problems..

I'm not saying everybody with acne should check his/her adrenals, but it might be worth the money to get it checked..

When did you take the prednison?
When did you get acne for the first time?
