Wai 05-02-2003 11:49 AM	i would advice not to, because there is no one who knows better how to regulate the balance of the over 400 different bacteria in your bowels taking one bacteria will not 'improve' that balance (if these bacteria are out of balance, do you know which one needs to be added? and how much?) regarding the enzymes; there is no way you can improve the secretion of enzymes by the body by taking external enzymes you can maximally impair this system, i think (because it involves negative feedback systems) there is also no way that supplements can come near to containing even half the enzymes secreted to digest food
