| Moon 03-08-2003 01:11 PM | I am just curious if this seems a bit much for one meal. This is what I like to eat for breakfast. 1/2 cup raisins 1-2 egg yolk 2 tablespoons Olive Oil 1 orange 1 banana 1 avocado It comes to about 1000 calories thanks ~moon |

| Moon 03-14-2003 10:18 AM | Hi Wai So I am kinda confused. I don't eat ANY munch food, so I thought that your body won't store new body fat when you eat only raw food-because you simply WON'T eat more than you need. I also thought you could eat as much as you wanted of anything on the sample diet. Is it just that we can eat as MUCH as we want, but in small meals throughout the day?? So instead of 3-4 meals, it should be like 6-7 meals? Thanks ![]() |
| Wai 03-20-2003 11:12 AM | quote: true, but is also says that you need to eat much more meals a day You may indeed need that 1,000 kcal at that point, especially when your muscle glycogen depots are empty Naturally, you wount feel like eating 1,000 kcal from fruits in one sitting, but if you are so used to eating only 3 meals a day, you have to, in order to ingest sufficient energy. So, yes, then your body needs that energy. The more meals a day, the more sure that you wount store any new bodyfat quote:yes, it should be at least 6 to 7 meals a day Have you never felt tired in between meals? |
