Is eating raw spinach okay? I'm bored with lettuce and tomatoes in my salad. By the way, I found these egg-free mayonnaise in my health-food store, are they okay to eat with my raw foods? my goal on this diet is to have regular bowel movements, not so much to clear up acne.

no, too many substances binding minerals etc.

seems like 'diet-mayo' to me, which is never healthy
For regular bowel movements, you only need to eat raw, AND increase your fat intake sufficiently

It's made out of full-fat canola oil. It's not calorie-reduced or anything like that. It's more like a vegan mayonnaise. Is that okay to eat my salads with it?

What other leafy vegetables can I eat besides lettuce?

probably canola oil is not healthy; its from non-natural food

all leafy vegetables are actually leaves, and our digestive system is not psecialized in properly digesting these in their raw from (disarming the anti-nutrients they naturally contain)
