| PhiVan 02-19-2003 03:42 PM | Is eating raw spinach okay? I'm bored with lettuce and tomatoes in my salad. By the way, I found these egg-free mayonnaise in my health-food store, are they okay to eat with my raw foods? my goal on this diet is to have regular bowel movements, not so much to clear up acne. |

| Wai 02-20-2003 10:08 AM | probably canola oil is not healthy; its from non-natural food all leafy vegetables are actually leaves, and our digestive system is not psecialized in properly digesting these in their raw from (disarming the anti-nutrients they naturally contain) |
