if I wanted to make my life simple and consume
ONLY (nothing else ever again)
-orange juice & olive oil
-raw egg yolks
-bananas

I have submitted this thing to the calculator and it seems fine...but can it be?
I mean, for the rest of my life? Only these foods? Can I be super healthy by eating like this? It would be so nice...

LOL, I love your diet - I'd love to hear how it works out for you because that would life so MUCH easier. But you know what, just do for it and eat like that for a while. If your appetite changes then switch to another foods. I went for a period of time when all I ate is nuts and dried fruits. I thought this is heaven and I'll never eat anything else again. But then it lasted me for two weeks and I can't stand brazil nuts anymore :0)

yeah I had a B nut phase myself a while ago..I ate a bag of 400 grams in two days and then bought a new one...my house was a mess with all the pieces of the shells lying around [Smile]
It's been 3 months since I last ate them.

Then I went for avocadoes and ate like 4 of them every day...last summer I ate kgs of strawberries and raspberries, they are quite expensive eaten in big amounts so that's all I could afford doing eventually.

Now I have been addicted to fresh raw egg yolks....It is a serious love affair.
Wai said it might be good to eat lots because here in Finland we don't get the sun at all in the winter...the LONG winter. So the extra good cholesterol makes me feel well. [Razz]
I have been drinking olive oil, too..

Lately I have been eating around 16-22 egg yolks every day. Might be overdoing it [Big Grin] but I feel great. Better than ever actually.

Maybe you're right....this might be a phase...actually, I found some excellent mangoes and honeydew melons in the nearby grocery store this morning...and bought them. And ate them, they tasted amazing.
