most humans are always taught to eat light supposedly good food when sick like chicken soup,crackers and whatever even if they don't feel like eating,animals when they are sick do not eat anything naturally they fast do you think fasting while sick if you get sick is natural or good for you?

yes, it is natural; many animals do so
Digesting foods requires a lot of energy, and when you are sick, it is often best to both remain physically inactive and fast, so that all energy available in the body can be optimally utilized for the recovery process

Hi!

I have the colds. Should I not eat the fresh raw egg yolks until I am better? I've only drunk fresh orange juice that I juiced myself with olive oil. But, I'm craving for some avocado mashed with raw egg yolk.

Speaking of egg yolk, I mashed it with banana as an expirement and I was amazed at how delicious it was! Is this combination okay?
