I have chronic sleeping problems and have had constipation for a long time. The diet has helped me eliminate a small amount one time daily but it doesnt seem to be enough. I have trouble falling asleep still and when I do sleep I wake frquently in the night and very early in the morning. Any suggestions for sleep especially??

I don't understand the second sentence...
Has the diet eliminated your constipation?
What exactly do you eat?

My digestive problems have been solved by upping my olive oil intake in my salad. I the daily fruit plus tons more, a handful of brazilian nuts, the salad, and raw fish twice a week. I occasionally eat rice, crackers, and chocolate very seldomly. My insomnia is getting worse, are there any foods that promote sleep besides banannas, figs and dates? Thank you so much.

yes, please read http://www.13.waisays.com
cholesterol, for example, is extremely helpful (just as sufficient sugars is)
i think you might lack cholesterol, since you only consume fish twice a week. Please try eating a few fresh raw egg yolks on a daily basis.
