| timthegimp 01-06-2003 03:45 PM | I have chronic sleeping problems and have had constipation for a long time. The diet has helped me eliminate a small amount one time daily but it doesnt seem to be enough. I have trouble falling asleep still and when I do sleep I wake frquently in the night and very early in the morning. Any suggestions for sleep especially?? |

| timthegimp 01-20-2003 03:50 AM | My digestive problems have been solved by upping my olive oil intake in my salad. I the daily fruit plus tons more, a handful of brazilian nuts, the salad, and raw fish twice a week. I occasionally eat rice, crackers, and chocolate very seldomly. My insomnia is getting worse, are there any foods that promote sleep besides banannas, figs and dates? Thank you so much. |
