Author	Topic: Is congestion a coincidence?
Lewis 12-04-2002 07:21 AM	Since I started Wai's diet three weeks ago, I've been more congested than usual. Is this a coincidence, or could it be part of a healing process?
RRM 12-04-2002 01:10 PM	Congestion = "to become clogged or overfilled" What exactly do you mean with congestion; is it constipation? Or is it that you feel to much filled up to be able to eat? (bloated stomach?)

Wai 12-06-2002 08:06 AM	I think that you coincidentally cought a cold... My experience is that the diet makes your defense stronger. A few weeks is a bit short though. See how it goes in a few weeks...
