I get up at six a clock in the morning, monday to friday, and cycles 23 km to work, starting at seven, it takes about 65 to 70 minutes. Going home at about six to eight a clock in the evening.

I read what Wai wrote about the lymph systen and how it is active between six and eight a clock, is this of any importance when considering my morning habits? Is it a good thing to be so physically active early in the morning?

I have never had any acne problems, so this should not be a concern. I just follow this diet because I find it to be rational, and very practical.

no, your sleep/awake rythm is regular, right?
and thus everything will happen a bit earlier in the morning
