| Moon 03-17-2003 07:56 PM | Hi I am following the sample diet (except for some vegtagbles) to get rid of cellulite as fast as possible. but even though I soak my dried fruit, and drink plenty of water I still seem to be constipated. I notice that if I eat a small salad of romain lettuce, broccoli, and tomotoes everyday...then my constipation is gone. For cellulite elimination is it ok to eat these vegetables? thanks |

(without vegetables) By the way, tomatoes are considered fruits, not vegetables quote:if that is your only munch food, yes |
