| Moon 03-15-2003 10:37 PM | Hello. I can't seem to eat enough to get the recommeded amount of calcium and b3. Would taking 1 calcium and 1 B vitamin pill a day do anything to slow down cellulite loss? thanks |
| Wai 03-21-2003 01:25 PM | taking calcium is very unwise in my view, please check out this thread and this website regarding b3, it is a much better idea to ingest them by diet the way to do so: replace low-b3 foods with high b3 foods until your b3 requirements are met Granadilla, tuna, salmon, mackerel and dried apricots, -dates, and -plums contain most B3 |
