| Author | Topic: glycogen empty in the morning? |
| mengyao 03-07-2003 05:14 PM | when i wake up in the morning, i usually feel hungry, but does that mean that all my glycogen levels are empty as well? i say that because it takes energy to clean up waste during sleep, and maybe the body uses glycogen for that process. also, i get hungry during school before lunch starts, so i have to fill up on a big breakfast, but i dont wanna eat too much if my glycogen isnt empty, but i need the extra energy to prevent early hunger. THANX FOR ANY INFO!!! |
