when i wake up in the morning, i usually feel hungry, but does that mean that all my glycogen levels are empty as well? i say that because it takes energy to clean up waste during sleep, and maybe the body uses glycogen for that process. also, i get hungry during school before lunch starts, so i have to fill up on a big breakfast, but i dont wanna eat too much if my glycogen isnt empty, but i need the extra energy to prevent early hunger. THANX FOR ANY INFO!!!

no, it just means that your blood sugar level is low

some glycogen, but only the glycogen from the liver (400 kcal max), and not that from the muscles (1600 kcal)
it also uses fat and blood sugar for this purpose (yes, burning fat while your are sleeping!!!)

no, you don't have to
a big breakfast ensures the storage of new bodyfat
instead, you should ingest energy in little bits all morning (maybe sweets, zips from juices)

yes, but ingesting that energy in one meal causing the storage of new body, while ingesting that same amount of energy bit by bit, only keeps the blood sugar level steady, without resulting in the storage of new bodyfat
