Hello Wai..

Just a small question. Tap water can only make you retain a little water, but it won't prevent you from losing the cellulite right? Or will drinking the tap water make losing cellulite take longer??

Hi I guess I should have asked this in my previous question. I am a little confused about salt consumption. I do not any acne, but I do have the cellulite.
So if I eat about 500 mg of salt a day with my lunch, will that prevent or slow down cellulite loss?
I don't like that much salt, it just helps me eat the avocados easier [Smile]

drinking high mineral tap water may cause water retention, yes, and thus keep you from losing cellulite

Ok, but even with the salt....you'd still be getting the dirty protein out of your system, so you'd still lose the cellulite right?

not necessarily, both 'dirty' protein and salt make you retain water
if only one of these does not, the other still may do so too much...
