| Moon 02-22-2003 07:42 PM | Hi Wai, well I live in a tiny town and I can't get fresh/veg fed chicked eggs. And I can't get fresh fish either. So the only munch food I eat in a day is 2 cooked egg yolks, which is only about 6 grams of protein. My question is -can I get any cholesterol at all out of the cooked egg yolks that my body needs? and is eating only two cooked eggs yolks going to slow down cellulite loss? I am just curious because I haven't had a period in many months and cholesterol may play a role in that. Thanks Moon |

| Wai 02-27-2003 12:36 PM | they don't need to be organic if i had to choose between consuming cooked eggs and eating fresh raw non-organic egg yolks, i would DEFINITELY choose the latter... (i already do so daily, as a matter of fact) the cooking does NOT destroy the possible antibiotic residues, so you will be ingesting these anyway (cooked or raw) |
