| Moon 02-07-2003 03:21 PM | Hello, I have been noticing that after breakfast, I feel weak, but then I feel like I have eaten too much sugar from fruit. But for breakfast I eat rasberries, bananas, olive oil, and maybe some blueberries, and nuts. It's like I am craving food, but not fruit. And I feel a little nauseus. What is causing this? Not enough fat with my fruit maybe? Thank you ![]() |

| PhiVan 02-09-2003 01:44 PM | I've experienced the same thing and what helped me was to cut back on the sweet fruits and eat more avocados and olive oil. Keep experimenting with the amount of sweet fruits you can handle until you don't feel weak and tired anymore. Even if you are trying to lose weight, eat enough fat! It won't make you fat if you don't eat the "dirty" protein foods. But don't force yourself to do anything your body is rebelling against, and being weak and tired is a sign that your body is needing more fat. fat stabilize your moods. you will feel so much better if you cut back on sweet fruits (only for now) and add more olive oil to your meals. good luck.
