Hi Wai!!

I cannot eat egg yolk or raw fish, so is eating the nuts and vegetables sufficient protein for my body??

Also, since I lost weight on a low-calorie diet, and have stopped having a period, Will it start back up even though I may start losing the cellulite and access flab following your diet?
I am worried because it has been 6 months since I have had a period do to weightloss I believe.

I am now eating more calories on your diet plan, and have not gained any weight. Do you think I have to gain weight to have my peroid back, or will it come back because I am eating more calories now?

Sorry for all the questions. [Smile]

Thanks

only eating THE RIGHT nuts (in combination with the fruits) will supply you with sufficient protein; see http://www.13.waisays.com/protein.htm

that depends on what the cause is.
if it IS the weightloss, it is caused by losing weight the wrong way (taking protein from muscles and organs), and maintaining your (low) natural setpoint point properly, it wount result in stopping to menstruate.

losing weight and cellulite the right way, does not interfere with your health...

the loss of periods may be due to a lack of cholesterol for example, which is essential for the construction of a pre-placenta, and as the precursor for your sex-hormones...
Some of the cholesterol is composed by your body, but maybe (likely) not sufficiently. Good cholesterol is only contained in fresh raw animal food.

you may need to consume cholesterol...
