Dear Wai,
would you be so kind as to write what is the minimal fat intake in this diet? Is it ok if it is about 30 percent or even lower? I know you recommend to take 1 g fat to every 2 g carbohydrates, but would my blood levels fluctuate badly if I modified this intake to ratio 1 g fat to 4 g carbohydrates? As I have mentioned before,I have no acne and as I understood blood levels does not affect cellulite much.

the more fat, the better, but if you don't have acne, and if your body feels fine with consuming only 1:4 fat, it is okay.
Just make sure to keep on paying close attention to it; always stay alert for signs of too much fluctuating blood sugar levsls (irritations, moodswings, fatigue).

don't be afraid to eat fat. olive oil is very healing, and it makes you feel and look good. trying to cut back on fat while on this diet can be counter-productive if you have moodswings and low blood sugar. fat is not the enemy, processed foods is. add more fat and see how your body responds. if it feels good, then keep adding more fat. when i begin this diet, i was afraid of fat like you are. but the longer i stay on the diet, the cleaner my body gets and i begin to trust it more. good luck and bon appetit!
