| monica 09-21-2002 09:27 PM | Is yerba mate tea a munch food? probably not, but i thought it was worth a shot And what about taking guarana herb in supplement form? As you can probably tell, I am trying to find a coffee/green tea alternative that I do not have to consider a munch food. |

| monica 09-22-2002 04:20 PM | got it. I will let the tea thing go . Yerba mate tea is from South America (Argentenia originally) and is a stimulating herb with out caffeine. Supposedly it contains quite a few medicinal properties and has been used for hundreds of years for energy (without the caffeine). |
